Fulfilling Orders
My fabric is one-of-a-kind and literally made one yard at a time. I do not carry a large quantity of fabric yards in stock. Unlike other hand dyed fabric vendors, I do not post a "representative" photo and then ship an entirely different piece of fabric! WYSIWYG: the photograph you see on the website is the actual fabric you will receive.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email S. Jackson at sljack@jacksonfabricarts.com within five (5) business days of delivery with your request for a refund. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning fabric to us. Once we receive the item and determine that the item remains in saleable condition, we will gladly issue a refund via PayPal.

The fabrics created by Jackson Fabric Arts are copyrighted designs. You are welcome to use them in a personal project. In fact, if you send us a photo of a project you've completed using our fabrics, we'll post it on our website! However, if you are interested in using our fabric for a project to sell, please seek our permission and indicate that the fabrics are a Jackson Fabric Arts creation. Thank you for protecting our intellectual and creative property.
The personal information you provide us through a "Contact Us" email will be kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you will be sold or shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency. We do not maintain information on our servers regarding your payment information. All of that information is secured at a PayPal server.

Our financial transactions are processed through PayPal. PayPal allows you to securely purchase items or send money without divulging your financial information to Jackson Fabric Arts.
